There are two barns, a 24’ x 36’ barn with overhang that has 2 horse stalls + tack room + hay room and a loft for Hay.  The second barn is metal construction, 24’ x 26’ with 2 stalls and a large area for farm equipment.  There is almost 3 acres in very nice pastures all fenced with no climb horse fence.

Adjacent to the barn is a riding ring with equestrian sand that is about 100’ x 80’.
